I bring over 35 years of experience to my coaching practice. My credentials include a Ph.D. in Clinical Neuropsychology, licensed psychologist, and Certified Coach Practitioner. I've personally traversed the journey from individual contributor to the leader of a senior level team in a fortune 500 company.
Over the past 20 years I've worked with hundreds of organizational leaders to optimize their own leadership and team success.

4. Execution: Ongoing coaching to ensure the Leadership Action plan is effective.
